Different backgrounds. One standard.
Meet the team behind the work. Each of us brings a different angle to ServiceTitan — and together that depth is what makes the difference.

Mauri Christmas
Founder & CEO
Learn More
Mauri grew up a plumber's daughter, spending summers working in the family business. That foundation gave her something most consultants don't have — an instinct for how trades businesses actually work from the inside out.
She came to ServiceTitan the way the best experts do: through curiosity. Self-taught from first principles, she learned not just how to use the platform but why it works the way it does. That depth shows up when it matters most — she connects the dots others miss, navigates the big picture, and surfaces answers when the team hits a wall.
When she's not deep in a client engagement, Mauri is chasing her next adventure — this summer that means biking Prince Edward Island on her eBike. She works remotely by design, building a life that moves with her. Mauri lives what she preaches — balance in work and play isn't just something she encourages in others, it's how she operates. She adores her two adult kids and finds her greatest pride in watching them make their way in the world.
Tammy Christmas
ServiceTitan Certified Coach
Learn More
Tammy brings total energy to a call center and then documents every detail of exactly how she did it. She lives in the minutia — writing airtight SOPs, stress-testing processes until they're irrefutable, and mapping chaos into something that actually works. If it isn't documented, it isn't done.
Her gift is taking hard things and making them navigable. Difficult customers, tough conversations, leadership under pressure — Tammy is the soft landing for hard edges, always finding the high road and coaching others to take it too.
Tammy was the first on the MCC team to earn ServiceTitan Certified Coach status — a credential that's tested, vetted, and earned.
When she's not solving problems for clients, Tammy is reading in her hammock, walking her dog Kobi, or riding her scooter Georgia Peach alongside her pilot husband. Her socks never match — and at this point, that's just part of the brand.

Hannah Christmas
Operations & Dispatch Specialist
Learn More
Hannah has a gift for seeing through chaos. Hand her a wrangled dispatch board or a messy set of workflows and she'll have it looking like a calm summer's day — methodically, thoroughly, and with an eye for every detail that doesn't fit the mold.
She owns the operations side of MCC engagements: dispatch, reporting, large-scale data cleanup, workflow analysis, membership setup, and the kind of deep process building that makes accountability measurable. She also runs all of MCC's backend IT — if the systems are running smoothly, Hannah is why.
What sets her apart is how she thinks. Hannah lets a challenge percolate, and when she comes to the table she comes with a full solution and a perspective nobody else thought of. She doesn't guess — she solves.
When she's not untangling someone's operations, Hannah is learning to bake, doing some canning, or finding her way to a paint night with a good friend. She loves animals of all shapes and sizes — though Cosmo the cat has made it clear he's the one actually running things.
Rachelle Christmas
Field Operations & Data Analyst
Learn More
Rachelle is the only person on the team who has managed commercial plumbing projects from blueprints to installation, run a service call, built a pricebook, and closed a sale. A certified Red Seal plumber and gasfitter with over a decade across plumbing and HVAC, her approach was never hard sell — it was educate, advise, and earn trust. That made her a top performer in her field and today, a consultant her clients genuinely rely on.
She brings that same approach to MCC. Rachelle specializes in pricebooks, estimates, markup pricing, and all things field application — translating complex pricing rules into language that technicians actually understand and adopt. She digs into the details most never reach, and her Google Sheets work is in a class of its own. When Rachelle takes on a problem, she doesn't surface until it's solved.
Outside of work, Rachelle coaches a youth dart league for kids aged 10–18 — a dream she's had since competing nationally as a youth herself. She loves camping, the great outdoors, and music. She'll be the first to tell you she cannot carry a tune in a bucket — but that has never once stopped her.
